This is a link back to this page. On some pages, there is more than
one link. Each link after Home is a
subsection of the site.
In the second section of the navigation bar, you'll see references off site. Well, I guess the actual Astro Links bring you off site, but the links are on site. Does that make sense? Expect lots of cross linking, and even links that take you elsewhere. Does anyone need to be told that this site is not responsible for content at other sites? It seems redundant. There's a mailto, at the bottom of the navigation column on the left if you want to answer this all important question. If I get any responses, I'll post the results of the poll. There are zero responses so far. But, hey, it's only been up for a year or so. I'm patient. These are directions, and no one reads directions. While Project Blue Book SETI is actually hosted on site, within this home directory, it does not have links back to this page. So, despite being local, it's, uhm, global. That's my version of "Think globally, act locally". |

Life may have no meaning -- or even worse, it may have a meaning of which I disapprove. What has been is what will be, and what has been done is what will be done; there is nothing new under the sun. And tomorrow will be like today, only more so. The amount of weight an evangelist carries with the almighty is measured in billigrahams. Evolution is as much a fact as the earth turning on its axis and going around the sun. At one time this was called the Copernican theory; but, when evidence for a theory becomes so overwhelming that no informed person can doubt it, it is customary for scientists to call it a fact. That all present life descended from earlier forms, over vast stretches of geologic time, is as firmly established as Copernican cosmology. Biologists differ only with respect to theories about how the process operates. |
