Here in Connecticut, we can publicize our events and avoid conflicts. The idea is that if your club is holding a large function or anniversary, you can avoid conflicts with other clubs in your area or District functions.

Send complete details, describing WHO, WHAT, WHEN and WHERE. Try to write an interesting article, rather than a simple list of items. We do want to encourage interest in our events.
