Notes:
The information that is requested includes:
User Name: The login name can be anything
First and Last Name: use your real name as leader of your real group.
Email: use your real email address that you use.
Group Title: - Use a standard name form like “Watertown Lions Club” that way the list of clubs appears in Alphabetic order by town.
Type: Listed (of course) Category: select “Civic and Volunteer - and pick your town if it appears in the list Phone and Fax: Use as appropriate

If your club has a Post Office Address, I recommend that you use it.
