Front and back pictures of our house in Oakville, CT. Our house was built in 1917. It is one of the first houses to have city water, city sewer and electricity. It original coal house heating system has been replace with high efficiency gas heat and central air-conditioning. High efficiency windows and modernized electrical system will enable the house to be comfortable in the new century. The house continues to be modernized. This is just another one of Dan's endless projects.
